GOOGLE CAREER CERTIFICATES 

Africa Universities Fund and her Future of Works Enterprise have been accepted in the Google Grow with Google Partner Program!

We are thrilled to be accepted in the Grow with Google Partner Program and look forward to partnering with Google to teach members of our community skills that can help them grow their careers and businesses.

According to Google, “nearly two-thirds of all new jobs created since 2010 require either high-or medium-level digital skills; 1 but 1 in 3 American workers have very limited or no digital skills.2 To help bridge that gap, we have trained more than 8 million Americans on digital skills till date and invested in building tools and trainings to help create pathways to high-quality jobs. 

Google Career Certificates provide job seekers with access to more than 2.4 million in-demand jobs3 through rapid reskilling without the need for a college degree or prior experience in the fields of cybersecurity, data analytics, digital marketing & e-commerce, IT support, project management and user experience (UX) design. These certificates are taught and developed by Google employees working in these fields; they are hands-on, practical, and rigorous. The certificates can be completed in under six months part-time and cost $39 per month by subscription on Coursera. 

Since launching in 2018, Google’s beginner Data Analytics Certificate has become the most popular Professional Certificate on Coursera globally. Tens of thousands of people have graduated from the program and 75% of certificate graduates report a positive career outcome (e.g., new job, promotion, or raise) within 6 months of certificate completion.4″
